Elements Bag "Earth" First in a series of four

Elements Bag "Earth" First in a series of four

$26.95Price
In May of 2008 I was commissioned to create a totally unique design for a new purse. The purse was to be entered into a contest sponsored by Soroptimist International for their annual convention. The theme was "Elements", and Earth, Wind, Fire or Water had to be central to the design. Drawing on inspirations from a recent trip to Sedona, Arizona, I attempted to represent the colors of the Red Rock area against a turquoise sky. The bag was voted first place among the entries. Now you have the opportunity to create your own bag, choosing the fabric and beads that reflect your own style. The colors listed on the pattern are guidelines, feel free to vary them according to your own tastes. A portion from each sale of this pattern benefits Soroptimist House of Hope Inc.

The Option Kit (at an additional price):
The optional kit contains three small gourds, all of the needed leather strips and fiber pieces, assorted beads and stones. When ordering indicate color preferences to be included in the kit. (between $16.95 to $24.95)
