A ​graduate of Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising (FIDM) for many years she designed and completed couture dresses and styles for clients. When a customer's daughter began advancing in Ice Skating competitions Rose started making much more intricate and beaded costumes. This led her to working with many top competing amatuers as well as the former Men's French National Champion. Her reputation spread and soon she was sought for theatrical productions. Working with the Riverside County Date Festival for ten years she was nominated several times and twice won the Desert Theatre League's "Costumer of the year" award.​



For the past six years she has expanded her love for fabric and bead creations into a custom designed bead and crystal jewelry line, "ZirenaRose Designs"  which she shows at local Southern California events. Several of her pieces have been seen in beading magazines and in the 2009 and 2010 Bead a Day calendars.

Rose Mary launched her pattern design company in 2009. Starting with a few shops in California her patterns are now available in Quilt  & Sewing shops in five western states. In 2010 three of her original designs were selected to travel with the Hoffman© Fabrics Challenge Show. She teaches beading  as well as classes utilizing her original patterns at Monica's Quilt & Bead Creations, Palm Desert, CA.
